What was the highlight of Louis Kienne Cikarang Hotel & Service Apartment
Nice Hotel, easy access to mall.
The location of the hotel thas is bustling. I just needed to turn right from the inside elevator, I could cut through the route to the mall via access from Matahari Dept Store. Not needing to go out facing possible weather havoc. At the price I am paying, bath tub is available, for me it is a steal.
Facility is not so much ready. The extension phone was not there to call the lobby which is a bit of a hassle, Need to inform by Whataspp to the lobby. I was not aware of a swimming pool, although the picture in booking.com it seemed to be there. The information about possible facility we can use need to be more upfront. I think in general, knowing that this hotel is new, I could undestand some of the shortcomings.

Luar biasa puas
Kenyamanan kamarnya bersih, pelayangannya luar biasa baik, harganya sangat2 murah untuk room dan service sebagus ini, saya sudah ajak teman2 kl ke kota ini hrs nginapnya disini
Hanya wifi yg sangat lemot, yah tp tidak penting juga sih wifi, dan mgkn tolong sediakan sandal untuk di room, juga gorden penutup bath upnya krn airnya jadi ke lantai semua kalau mandi
